Shipping – Hooke Kits™
Hooke Kits™ are shipped on ice in insulated packaging. Please refrigerate Hooke Kits™ immediately on receipt.
We ship via FedEx (overnight in the United States).
We charge $25 per order for packaging, plus actual FedEx fees. We will bill shipping to your FedEx account number if you prefer.
Normally Hooke Kits™ are shipped the next business day after your order. Orders placed on Thursday may be shipped Monday, to avoid possible thawing over the weekend. If time is critical, please contact us to verify shipping dates before placing your order.
You will receive an airbill/confirmation number and invoice from us via email.
International Orders
We are happy to accept international orders.
As the refrigerated packaging for Hooke Kits™ has a limited lifetime (the ice melts), we normally contact customs in your country before shipping to avoid customs delays. We will ship as quickly as possible, but please allow a few days after placing your order for this process. We'll keep you informed and notify you by email when your order ships.
Customers are responsible for all import duties or similar taxes.

To place an order via email, please send the following details to :- Catalog number and quantity of items ordered
- Shipping address
- Billing address (if different from shipping address)
- Purchase order number (approved accounts) or credit card details (MC/Visa/Amex)
- Contact name with telephone number and email address
We also welcome orders via telephone and fax, at the numbers above.
